Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within this period.
You are responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and at your own shipping cost.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund.
If items show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition, we may apply a reduction in the refund to reflect any loss in value.


Returns (Non-EU Customers)

For customers outside the EU, we do not generally accept returns or cancellations once an order has been completed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or alternative solution.
Items returned in a damaged or used condition beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.


Digital Content

Digital content may be provided either as part of a physical delivery (for example via a printed QR code or access link included in the parcel) or via direct electronic delivery (such as email).
Once the order has been fulfilled and delivered, digital content is considered final and cannot be returned or withdrawn separately.


Important Note

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to apply a refund adjustment where items are not returned in a condition suitable for resale.
