Here’s everything you need to know about shipping from Andrea Aste World.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

You will receive a confirmation email from Andrea Aste World once your order is placed. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam folder and add us to your ‘safe senders’ list! Contact us if you have any issues.

HOW WE SHIP

  • We process orders as fast as we can, but as a small business sometimes there can be unexpected delays.
  • Personalised items may require some extra days to be created and finalised before shipment.
  • Each item will be wrapped and packaged carefully to ensure safe travel, and it will be delivered to you.

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

  • We offer free worldwide shipping, this does not cover (possible) customs fees.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL or USPS, depending on the buyer destination.
  • Orders to the UK will normally be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • International Orders will normally be delivered within 1-3 weeks (depending on the buyer destination).


CUSTOMS FEES

  • Customers outside the UK will likely be charged customs by their home country’s government. We recommend you check your local government’s customs rules for more information.
  • Andrea Aste World cannot be held responsible for customs fees you may incur in shipping our products to your home country.
  • Post Brexit customs charges will be incurred in the EU.

PRE-ORDERS

  • We will begin shipping pre-order items as soon as we receive our print runs from our printers.
  • Please bear in mind that – due to the nature of international cargo shipping – sometimes the actual ship date will be a little before or a little after our official release date. We will update this information on our website as often as possible!
  • We will hold orders combining pre-order and standard items until the pre-order release date.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been packed and shipped.

DAMAGED GOODS

  • If you receive an item from us that is damaged, please contact us for a replacement: please contact us at andreaasteworld@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All sales are final 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sold items once payment has been made.

Note: Be aware that there may be delays due to potential service interruptions due to COVID restrictions and because of increases in mail traffic leading up to holidays.  So, orders may possibly take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.
